I’m a passionate entrepreneur who’s all about connection, creativity, and helping others show up as their best selves (not just on the outside). I have two businesses I love — one as a trauma practitioner and embodiment coach helping people heal, and one as a content creator capturing the moments that matter most. Coaching fulfills me. Content fuels me.

I’m not just snapping photos or videos—I make sure you feel grounded, safe, and present. I’ve always had an eye for the details that others miss (like making sure to switch out the plastic hanger your wedding dress is hanging off of before taking the shot). Whether it's catching an unplanned, candid moment or stepping in to handle something without being asked, I’m all about making sure everything flows seamlessly. It’s the little things that let me create content that feels real, raw, and authentic.

I’ve lived in Wilmington, NC, since 2019, and it’s the perfect blend of my Michigan roots and time spent in the Florida Keys. You’ll usually find me working from a cozy coffee shop, taking a walk along the beach, or soaking up the nature vibes with my Swiss Mountain dog, Yeti. I’ve always had a passion for capturing moments, even when I was little — whether it was documenting a trip or creating videos for my own business.

It wasn’t until a friend asked me to be a content creator for her wedding last-minute (her videographer bailed a week before aka a bride’s nightmare) that I truly fell into content creation as more than a creative outlet. She knew I had the eye for it (after all, I’d been doing it for years), and when I jumped in, it was clear—this was my thing. By the end of the day, I had captured hundreds of raw, emotional moments that weren’t just good, but left her in tears of joy. From that moment on, my friends couldn’t stop asking me to capture their events too—and the rest is history.
