I’m a passionate entrepreneur who’s all about connection, creativity, and helping others show up as their best selves (not just on the outside). I have two businesses I love — one as a trauma practitioner and embodiment coach helping people heal, and one as a content creator capturing the moments that matter most. Coaching fulfills me. Content fuels me.

I’m not just snapping photos or videos. I help make sure you feel grounded, safe, and present. I’ve always had an eye for the details that others miss (like making sure to switch out the plastic hanger your wedding dress is hanging off of before taking the shot). Whether it's catching an unplanned, candid moment or stepping in to handle something without being asked, I’m all about making sure everything flows seamlessly. It’s the little things that let me create content that feels real, raw, and authentic.

I've been in the content and social media world since 2010, long before "content creator" was a job title, managing social media for businesses, building brands, and developing the kind of trained eye that only comes from years of actually doing the work. By the time I started Wilmington Content Co, I'd already spent over a decade learning how to see what others walk past.

I moved to Wilmington, NC in 2019, and it’s the perfect blend of my Michigan roots where I grew up and years spent living in the Florida Keys. You’ll usually find me working from a cozy coffee shop, taking a walk along the beach, or soaking up the nature vibes with my Swiss Mountain dog, Yeti.

It wasn't until 2023, before wedding content creation was even really a thing, that a friend asked me last-minute to capture content of her wedding after her videographer bailed a week out. I jumped in, and by the end of the day, I'd captured hundreds of raw, emotional moments that left her in tears of joy. From that moment on, friends couldn't stop asking me to capture their events and the rest is history.
